Ulrich Erasmus

Ulrich joined Kian Capital in October 2021 and is active in all aspects of Kian's investment origination, structuring, diligence and portfolio monitoring efforts.

Prior to joining Kian Capital, Ulrich was with Trivest Partners, a private equity firm focused on founder-owned businesses, where he was involved in all phases of the investment process including sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company management. Before Trivest, Ulrich was an Associate at Trive Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments across the capital structure, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, including buyouts, growth equity, corporate carve-outs and structured capital solutions. Earlier, he was an Analyst at Private Advisors, an alternative asset management firm, where Ulrich participated in all phases of the fund and equity co-investment processes.

Ulrich holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The College of William & Mary and an M.S. in International Finance from HEC Paris.
