With this additional investment, we are excited to build on our track record of success by adding density in existing markets and planting flags in new territories, as well as expand our scope of services for our customers. Additionally, SPATCO will continue to expand and support its customers in the buildout and maintenance of the nation’s EV infrastructure, which is absolutely essential as technology continues to propel innovation in the energy infrastructure and equipment services sector.

The addition of Blue1 to the SPATCO platform will allow us to deepen our presence in the DEF subsector and open doors to an additional customer base. DEF equipment and storage is a rapidly growing industry and is primed to take advantage of increased green initiatives and higher mileage requirements for diesel engines. This powerful combination of two leaders in the industry will position SPATCO as the ‘go-to’ provider of equipment and transportation solutions for the fleet fueling industry.

We’re thrilled to bring two industry powerhouses to the platform as we continue to ride this wave of momentum. With UST, we’re adding more regional firepower to our leadership teams in key geographies, while Hobby brings commercial electrical and EV infrastructure capabilities with automotive OEMs and various other customer-facing facilities. These tuck-ins support the platform’s strategy as we continue to expand into a full-suite solutions provider to our customers while growing market share for our key OEM partners.

The acquisition of Excell represents a highly complementary addition to the SPATCO platform, allowing us to serve the Texas market with the same comprehensive offering present in our other regions. SPATCO will continue to invest in service line expansion and organic growth initiatives to scale the platform and provide reliable, quality service to clients across the continental U.S.
