Jordan Lee

Jordan joined Kian Capital in August 2022 and is active in all aspects of Kian's investment origination, structuring, diligence and portfolio monitoring efforts.

Jordan has spent 10 years working with middle-market and growth-oriented companies. Prior to Kian, Jordan was a Managing Director at Starr Investment Holdings where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing middle-market companies with a focus on business services and healthcare services investments. Prior to Starr, he was an investor at Pamplona Capital Management and Great Hill Partners. Jordan started his career in investment banking in positions with Deutsche Bank and Oppenheimer & Co in New York. He has held Board positions at ten middle-market companies over the last 12 years.

Jordan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
