Alec joined Kian Capital as an Associate in December 2025 and is primarily responsible for evaluating, underwriting and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Kian Capital, Alec was an Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities in their Leveraged Finance group, where he focused on transaction execution and sell-side debt syndication.
Alec holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Notre Dame.
